We understand how much these CGC submissions mean to you, and we want to keep you updated with complete transparency about where things stand.

As of now, we are still awaiting the official word from CGC regarding the latest batch of graded orders. Their turnaround times can vary depending on workload, demand, and the overall volume of submissions they are processing across the industry, especially at this time of year. Unfortunately, this means that while we’ve done our part in getting everything submitted and processed on time, the pace of the grading itself is out of our direct control.

We know how frustrating it can be to have no clear timeline. Many of you planned for these books to be back in your collections by now, whether for your personal enjoyment, for display, or even for investment purposes. That’s why we want to assure you that the second CGC provides us with updates—whether that’s shipping confirmation, grading progress, or expected return dates—we’ll make that information available to you right away.

A: At this time, orders remain active and secure. We are not canceling or refunding pending CGC submissions because the grading process is still underway. Once CGC completes the grading and returns the books to us, your order will immediately move into the fulfillment stage. Rest assured, your order is safe, and we will keep you updated on its progress.

Q: How quickly will my items ship once they return from CGC?
A: Once we receive the graded books back from CGC, we will carefully check them, securely package them, and ship them out within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

While we can’t speed up CGC’s process directly, what we can do is ensure that the customer experience on our end remains smooth, transparent, and dependable. We’re also exploring ways to provide more consistent communication and updates so you’ll always know what stage your order is at.
